At The Luxe Virgin Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been used, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Theluxevirginhairco@gmail.com The item must be unused and in its original condition.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The product must be in original packaging

• The tamper seal must not be broken

• The hair must not be worn, washed, or altered

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
